What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer extension and candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiating terms and managing the offer process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of proven experience as a Recruiter.
• Full understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Strong sourcing and candidate generation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Fluent or Native English - written and spoken - Must.
