What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer and candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online job boards and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications, then conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely feedback to candidates.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiating terms and managing the offer process.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of proven experience as a Recruiter.
• Full understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Strong sourcing and candidate generation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• English: Fluent or Native proficiency required.
