What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership to refine strategy, translate into prioritized portfolios, and drive buy-in across teams.
• Manage full portfolio of initiatives, empowering Program Managers and delivering complex cross-functional programs.
• Lead and develop a team of Program Managers, providing coaching, guidance, and fostering collaboration.
• Establish team norms, processes, and tools for efficient ways of working, tracking progress, and managing risks.
• Role model end-to-end program planning and delivery using appropriate methodologies.
• Shape culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback, and clear communication.
