What you will do

• Own long-view strategic planning across LiveOps and ensure alignment between vision and execution.
• Own the business performance of the Live Ops function, accountable for delivering game KPIs and guiding sustainable growth.
• Lead engagement and monetization for major content and feature releases, coordinating across disciplines.
• Monitor the health of the product ecosystem, identifying opportunities and risks through insights.
• Continuously apply learnings from data and experimentation to iterate on game features and systems.
• Build a high-performing team, mentoring product managers and operational staff, and fostering a culture of ownership.

Requirements

• Previous work experience with free-to-play games.
• Strong leadership, quantitative, and qualitative analytical ability with attention to detail.
• Understanding of game design concepts and principles.
• Experience hitting revenue and metric targets on a live game.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Resume/CV must be written in English.

Nice to have

• An MBA or a Degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Finance.
