What you will do

Own long-view strategic planning and business performance for the game's LiveOps, ensuring alignment between vision and execution.
Set team-wide KPIs and tactical plans, accountable for delivering game KPIs and guiding sustainable growth.
Lead engagement and monetization for major content and feature releases, coordinating across disciplines for high-impact launches.
Monitor product ecosystem health, proactively identifying opportunities and risks through insights.
Continuously apply data learnings and experimentation to iterate on game features and systems.
Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering ownership and excellence.

Requirements

Previous work experience with free-to-play games.
Strong leadership skills.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability with attention to detail.
Understanding of game design concepts and principles.
Experience hitting revenue/metric targets on a live game.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Résumé/CV must be written in English.

Nice to have

An MBA or a Degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Finance.
