What you will do

- Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reporting, and measure TAM bookings and revenue.
Requirements

- 10+ years leadership experience managing and scaling high-performing teams in global SaaS organizations.
- Strong technical background with ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Voice, Digital, AI, and emerging GenAI technologies.
- Proven success in strategy execution driving customer outcomes and business growth.
- Data-driven mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
