What you will do
- Translate business strategy into clear, outcome-led product initiatives and roadmaps.
- Partner with Head of Product – Platform to align initiatives with platform capabilities and architecture.
- Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers and Designers to build a high-performing product function.
- Embed structured discovery, robust planning, and repeatable product processes.
- Ensure governance, transparent prioritization, and portfolio alignment across markets.
- Support international rollout and transition from project mode to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from London or Manchester, UK
- Strong experience in digital or product leadership within matrixed or business-led organizations.
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into outcome-focused product initiatives.
- Experience building product maturity including processes, discovery, analytics, and team capability.
- Skilled in experimentation, analytics, measurement frameworks, and evidence-based prioritization.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and managing stakeholders across markets.
Nice to have
- Experience with consumer digital platforms such as audio, content, or subscription services.
- Background working across diverse international markets.
