Salary: $132,396–$259,600 (Yearly)

What you will do
- Develop end-to-end solutions (Transformation, Transition, Run) across multiple service lines and technology domains.
- Own internal stakeholder management and ensure visibility of core solution metrics.
- Develop solution and response strategies, aligned with the sales strategy.
- Provide expertise on commercially structuring deals to differentiate from competition.
- Lead the solution team in all client-facing interactions.
- Identify and document potential areas for upsell and handover to the Account Team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leading complex presales initiatives in areas such as End User Services, Enterprise Service Management, Cloud, and CyberSecurity.
- Proven customer engagement and executive client-facing experience.
- Ability to articulate both transformational and managed services elements of deals.
- Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills.
- Ability to articulate value, benefits, and storyline to clients.
