Solutions Consultant (AI): Identifying, quantifying, and demonstrating the solution and value of hirify.global's autonomous sourcing platform with an accent on technical understanding of the product, integration strategy, and financial impact. Focus on building collaborative business cases, executing business value workshops, and providing expert sales insights to drive customer engagement and growth.

Location: Must be based in Dubai. Occasional travel to customer sites is required within the region.

Salary: AED 480,600 + variable (annual base compensation).

What you will do

• Provide hirify.global functional expertise throughout the sales process.
• Demonstrate a technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss integration strategy.
• Build collaborative business cases with prospects.
• Engage with prospects to assess hirify.global's financial value and business impact.
• Execute business value workshops with key accounts.
• Provide RFP assistance, solution demonstrations, training, presentations, and document creation.
• Be a subject matter expert providing valuable sales insights.
• Engage with existing customers on enablement and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Value Engineering, Enterprise Customer Success, or Consulting role.
• A deep understanding of SaaS and Services.
• eProcurement/Source-to-Pay experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication as well as presentation & demonstration skills.

Nice to have

• Oracle Fusion experience is desired.
• Good Excel skills are desired.
