What you will do

• Serve as the lead point of contact for merchants on all account management activities.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts, supporting merchant onboarding and training, and driving SaaS platform adoption.
• Optimize marketplace listing content and availability for conversions.
• Analyze reports and execute plans to increase monetized revenue from existing accounts.
• Meet key performance indicators around online bookings ratios, usage, retention, conversions, and churn.
• Contribute to the development of new product features by collating merchant feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1-2 years of sales or account management experience in the Internet, software, or e-commerce sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of initiative and customer service orientation.
• Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
• Must be based in Dubai for on-site work.
