What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Teams to define and execute on high-impact roadmaps aligned with company goals.
• Build and optimize scalable processes that support hyper-growth and operational efficiency.
• Identify key product, operational, and growth opportunities to drive innovation and improvement.
• Search for new features and improvements to enhance the customer experience and ensure seamless product journeys.
• Manage critical vendor relationships and develop performance tracking systems to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end.
• The skill to break complex problems into smaller ones.
• To enjoy working with data.
• An interest in the real estate industry.

• Experience in Proptech.
• STEM degree from a top university.
• Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities.
