TL;DR

Product Owner (Technical) (Fintech): Supporting senior Product Owners in defining product strategy and roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing tasks to deliver features from concept to launch with an accent on gathering and analyzing data for decisions, writing clear product requirements, and monitoring key metrics. Focus on implementing solutions with technical teams, conducting user testing, and applying insights to drive improvements within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Location: Remote (Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, UAE, UK) with required relocation to one of hirify.global's tech hubs in these countries.

Salary: PLN16,000 - PLN17,700 gross monthly (Krakow/Poland)

What you will do

  • Support senior Product Owners in defining product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Gather and analyze data from user feedback and market trends to guide decisions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to deliver features.
  • Write clear product requirements and ensure smooth implementation with technical teams.
  • Conduct user testing, monitor key metrics, and apply insights to drive improvements.
  • Manage tasks, track progress, and present outcomes to global teams.

Requirements

  • Predicted or achieved first-class degree (or equivalent) in a relevant STEM field (Computer Science, Maths, Physics).
  • Graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
  • Previous internship or work experience in product management, technology, or related fields.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full-time availability from September 2026.

  • Fluency in additional languages.
