What you will do

• Enable the shift toward an AI native hirify.global platform through clear and scalable design.
• Identify, design, and iterate on how users discover, activate, and benefit from AI across the full hirify.global journey.
• Create UX and visual designs for AI driven suggestions, copilots, templates, and action flows.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, AI and ML, and Developer Relations to deliver consistent cross platform experiences.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of industry experience in digital product design.
• Experience working on complex product areas with multiple stakeholders.
• Specialism in zero to one product development, not only feature improvements.
• Strong UX and visual design skills focused on clarity and usability.
• Experience working on AI based products.
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience working with design systems, including contributing new patterns.
• Proven experience designing SaaS products, with a focus on marketer tools.
