What you will do

• Deliver high-level customer service and manage all aspects of client relationships.
• Provide monthly reporting and analysis, presenting key findings on client calls.
• Own quarterly department projects, including scoping work, setting milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Proactively make recommendations to solve department problems and client goals.
• Oversee all digital aspects of campaigns, including performance and reporting for various channels.
• Lead demos and oversee client success on the SAAS platform, Fiona.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a client-facing role.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Multifamily/Senior Living/Student Housing experience is a plus.
• Superb communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and a growth mindset.
