Focus on owning the organic funnel from discovery to registration and building a scalable content architecture across personas and markets.

Location: Hybrid in Stockholm (3 days a week in office). No relocation sponsorship is provided for this position.

What you will do

• Own and execute the SEO strategy, including keyword intent mapping, topic clusters, and internal linking.
• Improve discoverability through structured data and modern search practices like AEO and SGE readiness.
• Build and publish search-optimized pages directly in the CMS using approved templates.
• Lead global SEO content creation and localization efforts in collaboration with Brand and Product Marketing teams.
• Partner with CRO to optimize conversion rates on indexable pages without compromising SEO fundamentals.
• Monitor the organic funnel end-to-end to increase reach, engagement, and registrations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or already have the right to work in Sweden.
• 8+ years of experience in SEO and content growth within high-growth digital companies.
• Deep expertise in technical and semantic SEO, structured data, and internationalization (hreflang).
• Proficiency in data tools: SQL, Tableau, GA4, GSC, and Google Tag Manager.
• Mastery of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Hands-on experience with headless CMS architectures like Contentful.
