What you will do
- Build data-powered growth engines, including interactive data experiences like the hirify.global CX Lab and AI-generated lead magnets.
- Drive pipeline for new sales and expansion using AI-optimized outbound, referral plays, and event follow-ups.
- Implement and coach AI Agents, refining instructions, reasoning, and knowledge sources for demo booking, LinkedIn prospecting, and website visitor engagement.
- Prototype, automate, and ship solutions using tools like n8n, Google Opal, AI Studio, leveraging APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to build scalable growth infrastructure.
Requirements
- Be equal parts analytical and creative, able to build systems, tell stories with data, and design engaging experiences.
- Be fluent in SQL and comfortable turning raw tables into insights.
- Be comfortable quickly prototyping solutions.
- Proactively identify repetitive tasks and develop workflows for automation.
- Care about clarity, craft, and creating things people genuinely want to use or read.
- Work independently, iterate quickly, and fix issues without waiting for permission.
- Be driven to build initiatives that the industry will remember and attach your name to them.
