Senior Marketing Project Manager

Location: Open to candidates in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto hub locations. Expectation for local hirify.globalns (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney) to be in office min. twice per week.

Salary: The expected salary range for this role is $109,700 to $148,300 CAD.

What you will do

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of large-scale, cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to marketing leadership and project owners, providing candid insights on project strategies and outcomes.
• Identify and address change management needs for critical projects, collaborating with Strategy, Communications, and Enablement teams.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions, retrospectives, and other key meetings to ensure clarity, alignment, and actionable outcomes.
• Mentor junior project managers, fostering skill development and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
• Evaluate project KPIs and ROI, providing insights to inform future strategy and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years leading complex, cross-functional marketing projects.
• Proficiency in designing and managing project management dashboards, templates, and tools tailored to unique business needs.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change management strategies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strategic focus on business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Recognized certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, or similar) is required; additional certifications in change management (e.g., CCMP) are an asset.
