What you will do

• Partner with regional sales leadership to identify priority markets and accounts for pipeline acceleration.
• Execute and scale experiential programs, including hirify.global Signature Events and roadshows, ensuring consistent global branding.
• Localize global marketing campaigns to align with regional dynamics, languages, and market priorities.
• Collaborate with digital, ABM, brand, and product marketing teams to ensure successful regional execution.
• Provide field insights to leadership to inform global messaging and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize program performance based on pipeline impact and target account engagement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a focus on field, regional, or international marketing.
• Must be based in Toronto, ON and willing to travel 30-40% of the time.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline through events and executive programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance global strategy and local adaptation.
• Experience working closely with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.
• Bonus: Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese and familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or Cvent.
