TL;DR

Solution Sales RVP, Lightpath: Driving revenue growth by bringing virtual cardiometabolic care solutions to medium-to-large, self-insured employer clients with an accent on full sales cycle management and consultative partnership. Focus on establishing Lightpath as a premier solution through strategic relationships and aggressive business growth.

Location: Must be located in the Eastern, Southeastern, and Northwestern United States

Salary: $140,000 - $198,000 + bonus + benefits

What you will do

  • Manage relationships and lead the sales process for self-insured employers, acting as an advisor and consultant.
  • Fine-tune the go-to-market strategy, messaging, product innovations, and pricing relevant for employer needs and Lightpath's capabilities.
  • Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Identify, partner, and cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Communicate market insights to product, marketing, and business development teams.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Extensive network and established senior relationships with large self-insured employers, brokers, and consultants.
  • Proven track record of selling complex health and wellness solutions.
  • Understanding of complexities involved in the sales/adoption cycle of technology solutions.
  • Comfortable approaching sales pipeline and goals using data and processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Qualified applicants must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience with Google suite of productivity applications.
