What you will do

• Manage multiple technical software development projects, including detailed planning, tracking, risk management, and releases.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to scrum and delivery teams, ensuring planned development velocity and mitigating risks.
• Foster team spirit, collaboration, and empower teams to build top-notch learning products and services.
• Offer management guidance across the entire project lifecycle, from product definition to marketing and sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to meet project goals for quality, cost, and schedule.
• Ensure clear and precise communication internally and externally to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent technology software development projects to successful completion.
• Extensive experience managing third-party near and offshore vendors.
• Strong leadership skills, able to demonstrate team direction and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Demonstrable experience in building teams, business relationships, and motivating/mentoring.
• Strong organizational skills, detailed, methodical, and adaptable to focus on milestones, OKRs, and KPIs.
• Numerate and technically literate with IT skills and an interest in process improvement.
