What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle (5-7 months on average) from opportunity detection to drafting compelling offers.
- Drive and optimize the pipeline of inbound, product-qualified leads for hirify.global's self-hosted Enterprise plans.
- Test out innovative outbound strategies to build a sustainable leads pipeline (20-30% of focus).
- Develop and cultivate strategic relationships with key decision-makers in DevOps, engineering, and IT.
- Proactively develop and improve sales processes, infrastructure, and collateral.
- Work closely with the product team to ensure a seamless flow of customer feedback.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years in complex Enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of closing 5-6 figure deals and being a top 10% performer in your team.
- Experience holding a +800K ARR quota in previous roles.
- Highly tech-savvy, with experience selling to technical stakeholders (IT operations, DevOps, SecOps, software engineers).
- Possess an entrepreneurial and hunter mindset with a proven track record in outbound sales.
- Native English proficiency required, and you must be based in the UK with existing right to work.
Nice to have
- Experience with open source, developer tools, or product-led growth (PLG) companies.
- Experience with startups at Series A/B stage.
- Experience selling to IT Operations or cybersecurity teams and leaders.
