What you will do

  • Oversee all aspects of campaigns across kick-off, implementation, launch, reporting, remediation, and billing.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with internal teams including Sales, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Finance.
  • Recommend and implement strategies for driving ongoing client product needs.
  • Educate customers about the hirify.global product suite and its leverage to meet their goals.
  • Deliver operational excellence and superior service, including QBRs and strategic conversations.
  • Identify potential churn risks and escalate them appropriately to ensure customer retention.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years overall work experience, with 1-2 years in Sales or Account Management.
  • Deep understanding of the online advertising industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Direct experience working at an advertising agency, publisher, ad network, or demand-side platform.
  • Experience with Ad Serving technology and comprehensive understanding of the online media marketplace.
