Location: This is an onsite role requiring full-time work (3-5 days/week) from hirify.global’s downtown Toronto office. Restricted to Canada-based candidates.
Salary: $66,000–$90,000 CAD annual base, plus commission.

What you will do
- Manage a territory of target accounts and an existing book of business up to 1,000 employees.
- Hunt new business opportunities, build sales pipeline, and drive growth within the SMB sector.
- Upsell and expand existing accounts with Extended Access Management Identity.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Collaborate with SDRs, Solutions, Onboarding, and Customer Success Managers.
- Confidently present to C-suite executives and utilize strong negotiation skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in the security space.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Experience up-selling & cross-selling to both new and existing customers.
- Proficiency in strategic account planning, territory management, and value-based selling.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
