What you will do

• Sit at the heart of the product organization's operations.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to plan initiatives and align priorities.
• Ensure work moves forward efficiently, tracking delivery in Linear and managing documentation/roadmaps in Notion.
• Actively improve team workflows, refining planning rituals and increasing visibility.
• Balance speed with focus as the organization scales and proactively fix friction points.
