What you will do
- Oversee recruitment, mentoring, and development of a team of SDRs, including hiring and training.
- Identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve process, efficiency, and productivity.
- Build and implement a data-driven inbound strategy.
- Consistently deliver against sales pipeline and headcount targets, accurately forecasting.
- Develop sales, product, and industry skills of each team member.
- Lead by example, championing principles and fostering a collaborative, transparent, and inclusive sales environment.
Requirements
- Located in San Francisco, CA and able to commute to the office 3x per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).
- 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years of management/leadership experience.
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales management.
- 1+ years experience building and managing high-performing SDR SaaS sales teams.
- Consistent track record of 100% team attainment and scaling teams selling complex solutions.
- Technical competency to understand hirify.global’s software and curiosity to learn about governance, risk, and compliance.
