Product Designer (UI/UX)

What you will do

• Define, design, and deliver product features with Product Managers.
• Design interactions across hirify.global’s platforms using existing and new design patterns.
• Create user journeys, product flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify needs, motivations, pain points, and design improvements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams locally and overseas, including global teams and stakeholders at SAP.
• Track industry trends and apply insights to improve hirify.global’s products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX and UI design experience in product teams.
• Experience with Figma.
• Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals.
• Understanding of the product lifecycle from research and prototyping through design and usability testing.
• Ability to collaborate, brainstorm, and work effectively as part of a team.
• High level of English required.
