Product Designer (Omnichannel)

Location: Hybrid, with 5 working days together at the Wrocław office once per quarter. A registered business in selected EU countries is required, either already established or possible to register in the candidate's country.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end experiences for connecting, configuring, and managing WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, Instagram, and other messaging channels.
• Lead the design lifecycle from research and prototyping through pixel-perfect execution and launch.
• Design consistent patterns for errors, statuses, permissions, and edge cases across channels.
• Maintain the structure and accuracy of Figma files as the team's design source of truth.
• Identify user and product growth opportunities based on platform changes, analytics, and user feedback.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to validate designs against real APIs and product flows.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a solo designer with ownership of projects from ideation to launch.
• Strong UI foundation and solid UX experience focused on intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Proficiency with Figma and user testing or insights tools.
• Ability to combine quantitative and qualitative data into actionable design strategies and visual boards.
• Technical mindset and comfort reading third-party API documentation, including Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform documentation.
• Clear communication with product, engineering, stakeholders, and management; practical use of AI tools and agents to reduce workflow overhead.
