Product Designer, Growth-Maternity Leave Replacement

What you will do

• Own complex user flows across the top-to-bottom funnel and deliver end-to-end UX/UI designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers on data-driven product and growth solutions.
• Analyze user behavior and testing results to identify growth opportunities, remove bottlenecks, and optimize conversion.
• Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and final interface designs across iOS, Android, desktop, and mobile web.
• Apply the brand’s visual language and tone of voice to product interfaces and design-system work.
• Present designs to peers and executive stakeholders, and guide illustration and micro-animation work where needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end UX and UI design experience in a product company.
• Experience with growth design practices and data-informed product optimization.
• Strong visual design skills, interaction-design sensitivity, and a demonstrable portfolio.
• Solid experience creating wireframes, user flows, and process flows.
• Proficiency with Figma, Claude, and other AI design tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, including presenting and defending design solutions to stakeholders.
