What you will do

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to translate insights into product improvements.
• Create user personas, journeys, and flows, and analyze behavior using tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics.
• Design high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and wireframes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides for visual consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA to deliver developer-ready assets and documentation.
• Optimize onboarding flows and ensure designs meet WCAG accessibility standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and high-quality UI execution.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience with responsive design and building design systems.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design and accessibility principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS, mobile, or e-commerce products.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with analytics tools or enterprise design systems.
