What you will do

• Own performance, growth, and consistency across all key social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).
• Set platform-specific content strategies based on data, brand objectives, and trends.
• Manage and mentor Social Media Specialists across multiple platforms, providing strategic oversight and daily guidance.
• Brief video editors, designers, and creators, reviewing scripts, captions, and thumbnails for high-performance storytelling.
• Partner with SEO and content leads to align social themes with keyword priorities and optimize metadata.
• Track KPIs across all channels, lead regular content reviews, and implement structured testing to optimize reach and retention.

Requirements

• 6+ years in social media or content marketing roles, with 2+ years in people management or senior creative leadership.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, including algorithms, trends, and storytelling nuances.
• Experience managing social strategy across multiple channels and scaling output through teams or pods.
• Proven success briefing and collaborating with creatives (editors, designers, writers).
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, content search behavior, and cross-channel distribution principles.
• Adept with content tools like Notion, CapCut, Adobe Suite, and AI-powered platforms (ChatGPT, Trendpop, Opus Clip).
