Location: Hybrid in London, UK. Expectation to be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week.

What you will do
- Lead and grow a high-performing Digital & Performance Creative function, setting vision and standards for content across social, paid video, display, and CTV.
- Help define a modern content strategy that aligns emotional storytelling with digital platform execution and performance delivery.
- Define and execute a creative vision reflecting the latest digital trends, platform behavior, and audience insights.
- Set the standard for performance-driven creative to support growth and engagement on hirify.global Play and channel brands.
- Collaborate across marketing, media, data, and tech teams to translate strategic objectives into creative ideas.
- Embed best practice around AI, automation, martech, and new tooling to enhance creative agility and scale.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and leading multi-disciplinary digital creative teams, including setting direction and developing talent.
- Proven experience leading digital creative teams with a strong grasp of marketing content, ideally in entertainment or media.
- A track record of producing and directing standout creative that delivers measurable results.
- Deep understanding of digital content formats, social algorithms, and performance platforms (Reddit, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google).
- Familiarity with martech stacks, personalization platforms, DCO, and AI tools in a content production context.
- Experience working with media, data, and marketing teams to translate strategy into creative.
