Location: This role is based in New York City with a hybrid work expectation and occasional travel may be required.

Salary: $184,000 - $230,000

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Account Managers focused on customer partnerships.
  • Develop strategic relationships with customers and drive upsell opportunities.
  • Own upsell and renewal quotas and manage team forecasting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, Data Science, and Clinical teams.
  • Guide Account Managers on escalations and opportunities, serving as an escalation point.
  • Inform sales processes and roadmaps and support sales in prospect meetings.
  • Track and report on engagement progress and support customer renewal processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Relationship Management, including B2B SaaS-based solutions.
  • Proven leadership of a high-performing mid-to-large size Customer Success team through periods of high growth.
  • Ability to lead a revenue-generating team by understanding upsell opportunities and accurately forecasting pipeline.
  • Experience working directly with large, complex organizations (30k+ lives).
  • Successful track record of portfolio retention and growth.
  • Results-oriented with experience defining, tracking, and managing Account Manager KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
