TL;DR

Manager, Sales Development: Leading and mentoring a team of highly motivated Sales Development Representatives, evolving prospecting playbooks, and driving revenue for hirify.global's NAMER business with an accent on increasing deal sizes and resolving complex use cases. Focus on active involvement in recruitment, onboarding, training, and strategic prospecting to build pipeline and foster an inclusive sales organization.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA, requiring 3 days per week in the office.

Salary: $166K–$195K

What you will do

  • Manage and mentor a growing team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives.
  • Evolve hirify.global’s prospecting playbook by developing and implementing new initiatives and strategies.
  • Grow the Sales Development team through active involvement in recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Create and establish strategic prospecting training and conduct weekly forecasting meetings.
  • Help to continually foster an inclusive Sales organization representing hirify.global’s culture and values.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive better outcomes for prospects with headquarters within NAMER.

Requirements

  • Be located in San Francisco, CA and have the ability to commute to the office in a hybrid setting.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years of management/leadership experience.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales management.
  • Experience prospecting into various market segments and personas.
  • Stellar problem-solving abilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume startup environment.
  • Possess the technical competency to understand hirify.global’s software and intellectual curiosity about governance, risk, and compliance.
