What you will do
- Own the product vision and roadmap for hirify.global’s developer platform and operational workflows.
- Improve developer tools to accelerate iteration, reduce launch time, and enhance satisfaction.
- Streamline the game lifecycle flow from testing to launch, aligning with content strategy.
- Ensure reliable third-party integrations for Finance and Operations at scale.
- Align internal stakeholders (QA, Operations, Finance, BizDev, Engineering) on priorities.
- Use data, metrics, and test results to enhance decision quality and product performance.
Requirements
- Strong product judgment in multi-stakeholder, ambiguous environments.
- Experience building platforms, internal tools, or multi-stakeholder products.
- Comfortable interpreting data and making decisions from incomplete information.
- Proficiency with backlog tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and analytics dashboards.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience in game development, developer platforms/tooling, or marketplaces with supply-side users.
Nice to have
- Basic SQL skills (Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Experience with QA or testing workflows.
- Built or scaled internal tools for cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a startup or fast-moving product environment.
- Worked in or around game development in any role.
