What you will do

• Oversee a portfolio of six top-grossing social casino apps, driving performance and growth across Europe and North America.
• Lead all Product and GameOps functions, ensuring a player-first approach, operational excellence, and balanced revenue growth.
• Monitor, analyze, and anticipate market dynamics in mobile social casino to build strategic direction.
• Champion a data-informed approach to decision-making across product design, live operations, and monetization.
• Operate effectively within a large corporate matrix environment, collaborating with central functions across Aristocrat.
• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing product and game teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years in mobile gaming, with at least 5 years in senior leadership overseeing multi-title portfolios in social casino or adjacent categories.
• Deep understanding of mobile free-to-play games dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging market trends.
• Strong product philosophy rooted in player-centricity and commercial competence, combining creativity with data science, live ops, and monetization best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-regional teams with strong financial competence and a track record of delivering revenue growth.
• Skilled at operating in a global matrix structure, influencing decisions across geographies and cultures.
• Curious, adaptable, resilient, and entrepreneurial with a proven ability to drive innovation.
