What you will do

• Acquire and onboard new partners across PSPs, OTC trading desks, exchanges, and remittance platforms.
• Drive cross-border payment volume and liquidity across stablecoin rails and settlement infrastructure.
• Own the end-to-end sales process, meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue and volume targets.
• Build and expand long-term relationships with institutional partners, ensuring seamless onboarding.
• Provide strategic input on pricing, corridor expansion, and market entry initiatives.
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams on go-to-market activity and partnership announcements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior sales, business development, or client relationship roles within fintech, FX/payments, or crypto/digital assets.
• Strong track record of delivering revenue and transaction volume targets.
• Deep industry connections across PSPs, exchanges, OTC desks, or remittance providers.
• Confident negotiator with experience managing complex deal cycles independently.
• Familiarity with stablecoins, cross-border FX settlement, and liquidity operations preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional Asian languages (Mandarin, Thai, Tagalog, Bahasa) are a plus.
