hirify.global is hiring for a fast-growing Digital Assets and Cross-Border Payments business focused on accelerating client acquisition and increasing settlement volumes.

What you will do

  • Acquire new institutional clients and strategic partners across the payments, crypto, and FX sectors.
  • Drive volume through stablecoin and cross-border settlement channels.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, proposal development, deal negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly TPV and revenue contribution targets.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key institutional partners.
  • Contribute to corridor development, pricing, and regional market expansion initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within fintech, payments, FX, or digital assets.
  • Proven success hitting revenue and volume-based KPIs.
  • Strong network across OTC desks, PSPs, and exchanges.
  • Confident negotiator with experience managing complex deal cycles independently.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with stablecoins, FX, cross-border settlement, and liquidity.
  • Additional Asian languages (Mandarin, Thai, Tagalog, Bahasa).
