Rapid Developers is a team working in the sphere of no-code web/mobile application development on the European and American markets.
What you will do
- Own outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads, aiming for 3–5x coverage.
- Quickly determine Budget, Authority, Need, Timing and translate customer pain points into urgency.
- Run tight 30–60 day sales cycles and collaborate with delivery teams.
- Maintain a clean CRM, forecast accurately, and document competitive information.
- Land new SMB/founder clients and ensure smooth handoff to the delivery team.
Requirements
- App development services sales experience is a must-have.
- 2–6+ years of experience closing app development projects (agency, consultancy, or no-code/low-code builds).
- Track record of closing $25K–$150K project deals on 30–60 day cycles.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDICC, or similar).
- Comfortable selling directly to founders and SMB executives with short hierarchies.
Nice to have
- Experience selling Bubble or Flutterflow projects specifically.
