What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for each customer enterprise platform delivery.
• Design and implement customer adoption strategies using change management fundamentals.
• Lead the retirement of legacy systems by managing the migration of critical data to the new platform.
• Configure platform settings, including user permissions, workflow rules, and reporting tools.
• Deliver onboarding programs, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training for operational staff and leadership teams.
• Provide break-fix triage during platform deployment and monitor system performance for reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP, Agile, or similar change management certification preferred.
• 7-10 years of program or project management experience in enterprise software delivery or SaaS environments.
• Proven expertise in retiring legacy systems and migrating data to modern platforms, using tools like Universal Migrator, SQL.
• Extensive experience in change management, including designing and executing customer adoption strategies using frameworks like ADKAR or Kotter.
• Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and strong understanding of data schema mapping and enterprise compliance.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for onsite customer engagement.
