What you will do

• Own dealer activations from installation through first value, minimizing dead time.
• Plan and lead onsite launches and relaunches across service, sales, and BDC departments.
• Conduct hands-on training for dealer teams to drive product adoption and real-world workflows.
• Identify and resolve process gaps, people issues, or technical blockers during activation.
• Partner with CSMs to ensure clean transitions and document outcomes in Salesforce.
• Flag expansion opportunities for additional lanes or product features.

Requirements

• 3+ years in automotive operations, customer onboarding, training, or SaaS deployment.
• Strong understanding of dealership workflows (service, reconditioning, variable ops) preferred.
• Ability to lead onsite training sessions and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change-management skills.
• Able to travel regularly (up to 75%) to dealer locations.
