What you will do

  • Establish effective communication with clients.
  • Analyze end-user experience based on customer feedback and service data.
  • Help clients understand the platform and support them through the deposit process.
  • Assist clients via various communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, platform chat, email, push notifications).
  • Collaborate with management and IT/Support departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, focusing on Forex, CFDs, or Crypto.
  • Proficiency in English (clear accent).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an analytical mindset.
