What you will do
- Establish effective communication with clients.
- Analyze end-user experience based on customer feedback and service data.
- Help clients understand the platform and support them through the deposit process.
- Assist clients via various communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, platform chat, email, push notifications).
- Collaborate with management and IT/Support departments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, focusing on Forex, CFDs, or Crypto.
- Proficiency in English (clear accent).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an analytical mindset.
