TL;DR

Client Operations Specialist (Fintech): Managing incoming client queries, maintaining the customer support platform, and assisting clients with their requests, with an accent on smooth operations, communication, and problem-solving skills within a Fintech/SaaS environment. Focus on developing and maintaining customer support processes, ensuring new product rollouts are supported, and meeting KPIs/SLAs.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain. Relocation package available.

What you will do

  • Assist and answer client queries via customer support applications or phone.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to resolve client issues.
  • Develop and maintain customer support processes and procedures for product rollouts.
  • Proactively manage tickets internally to meet KPIs and SLAs.
  • Elaborate new Service KPIs and monitor existing ones.
  • Maintain the hirify.global customer support platform.
  • Assist in transaction-related tasks within the team's scope.
  • Help and train clients on the usage of hirify.global products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience (2-3 years) in an operations role within a Fintech or SaaS company.
  • General understanding of the payments industry, FX trading, and hedging.
  • Proficiency in English with great communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract and analyze data.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French.
  • Understanding of Zendesk or similar customer support platforms.
