What you will do
- Assist and answer client queries via customer support applications or phone.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to resolve client issues.
- Develop and maintain customer support processes and procedures for product rollouts.
- Proactively manage tickets internally to meet KPIs and SLAs.
- Elaborate new Service KPIs and monitor existing ones.
- Maintain the hirify.global customer support platform.
- Assist in transaction-related tasks within the team's scope.
- Help and train clients on the usage of hirify.global products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience (2-3 years) in an operations role within a Fintech or SaaS company.
- General understanding of the payments industry, FX trading, and hedging.
- Proficiency in English with great communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract and analyze data.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French.
- Understanding of Zendesk or similar customer support platforms.
