Customer Success Specialist: Delivering onboarding, training, and operational support to enterprise-level B2B clients across various regions with an accent on guiding users through complex eBL workflows and maintaining strong client communication. Location: Remote (aligned with a 9 AM–5 PM CET fixed schedule)

What you will do

  • Deliver eBL onboarding, training, and client support after contract signing.
  • Guide users through full eBL workflows and ensure correct operational procedures.
  • Provide functional and operational support to agri-trading firms, vessel carriers, banks, and agents.
  • Maintain communication with clients across regions and gather feedback for improvements.
  • Handle first-line eBL issues, perform triage, and escalate when needed.
  • Create and maintain user guides, knowledge base content, and troubleshooting documentation.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level).
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, trade operations, or digital adoption.
  • Direct B2B experience working with enterprise-level customers.
  • Hands-on experience with bulk shipping, agricultural commodity trading, logistics, or supply chain workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and deliver structured onboarding and training.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Commodities Trading, Supply Chain, Business, or Information Systems.
