Location: Melbourne, Australia. Hybrid working model with 3 days in the office.

What you will do

• Provide front line support to clients across phone, email, web chat and social media.
• Answer queries from the global client base on all products and platforms.
• Offer an execution-only phone dealing service after relevant training.
• Resolve trade disputes and provide technical support for front-end platforms.
• Proactively converse with clients about financial markets and latest innovations.
• Conduct audit checks and client administration tasks.

Requirements

• A degree-level education or similar experience.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (written and spoken) is required.
• A genuine interest in the financial markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence in employing basic math skills, particularly mental arithmetic.
• Literacy in MS Office.
