What you will do

• Provide front-line support to global clients via phone, email, web chat, and social media.
• Answer queries from the global client base on all products and platforms.
• Provide an execution-only phone dealing service (following relevant training and support).
• Resolve trade disputes.
• Provide technical support for front-end platforms and chart packages.
• Proactively converse with clients about financial markets and latest innovations.
• Conduct audit checks and client administration tasks.

Requirements

• Degree-level education or similar experience.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
• Genuine interest in financial markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident basic math skills, particularly mental arithmetic.
• Literacy in MS Office.
