What you will do

• Design and run the growth system for sourcing, qualifying, and activating large-scale contractor workforces.
• Own the growth strategy, funnel analytics, experimentation, and partner ecosystem for talent supply across 50+ domain categories.
• Rapidly scale top-of-funnel talent acquisition and identify bottlenecks.
• Propose experiments and deeply understand performance analytics.
• Drive execution to scale from demand spikes to steady-state delivery with minimal manual effort.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to automate processes.
