What you will do

• Set the cadence of the team’s communication, collaboration, and culture.
• Coach Solutions Engineers in Switzerland to excel across sales and technical disciplines.
• Work closely with Enterprise prospects and customers to improve the team’s technical expertise.
• Coordinate team resources to maximize customer impact and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support.
• Advise the team on creating scalable solutions for customer needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a prior leadership role, with a minimum of 10 years of related industry experience.
• Demonstrable experience in coaching, leadership skills, or team management.
• Demonstrable experience in understanding and solving escalations and team issues.
• Proven track record of successfully partnering with account executives and customer success teams.
• Proven track record in the technical pre-sales domain.
• Proven knowledge of the enterprise market in Switzerland.
