What you will do

• Engage and qualify leads generated by marketing efforts through telephone, chat, or email.
• Communicate hirify.global’s value and benefits, adapting your approach to each customer’s specific needs.
• Connect with inbound leads in real-time through live web chat and inbound calls.
• Pass on qualified leads to the Sales team and support them in closing deals more efficiently.
• Manage all interactions in HubSpot CRM, ensuring activity is logged and records are accurate.

Requirements

• At least 1 year in a customer-facing role; prior sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English is required.
• Fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, or German.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a confident, engaging phone presence.
• Genuine enthusiasm for web-based solutions and the ability to share that excitement with potential customers.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced digital environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Gmail, and Google tools.
