Location: Flexible hybrid model in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday!

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and analyze user acquisition campaigns across performance UA platforms like Google Ads, IronSource, Unity, Facebook, Liftoff and more
• Analyze data and optimize campaign performance towards Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Track performance, adapt strategies and make decisions based on data and campaign performance
• Drive A/B testing in order to improve UA performance
• Track and report on key metrics on a regular basis
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement innovative solutions for user acquisition

Requirements

• University degree in marketing, analytics, business or a similar qualification
• 3-4 years of relevant experiences in performance marketing
• Experienced with paid mobile marketing campaigns and App Store optimization (ASO)
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Dedicated, flexible and excellent in communication
• Fluent English is mandatory, knowledge of German is welcome
