What you will do

• Assist with day-to-day HR tasks including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management.
• Support internal HR initiatives and ensure smooth employee support.
• Take ownership of recurring HR documentation tasks.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks from job postings to interview scheduling.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on candidate progress and updates.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally within a consultancy or fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Ashby.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience supporting HR operations such as payroll, benefits, and employee services.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the Portuguese labor law framework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
