People Operations Specialist

What you will do

• Support daily HR operations, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management.
• Answer employee questions about HR policies and support internal people programs and communications.
• Create and maintain HR processes, SOPs, templates, and other documentation.
• Manage recruitment activities from job postings and sourcing through interview scheduling, offer coordination, and candidate updates.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and help new hires integrate smoothly into the team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Ashby.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter, plus familiarity with sourcing platforms and talent engagement strategies.
• Experience supporting payroll, benefits, and employee services.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; Portuguese proficiency is a bonus.

Nice to have

• Experience in a consultancy or fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the Portuguese labor law framework and its impact on hiring and employee operations.
