What you will do

• Define and own the overall product vision, strategy, and outcomes in alignment with company goals.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product management team.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership (Technology, Design, Data, Marketing, Commercial) to drive end-to-end execution.
• Champion customer-centricity and ensure product decisions are grounded in customer insights and business value.
• Oversee product portfolio performance, setting KPIs and ensuring commercial accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation, agile methodologies, and represent Product at executive level.

Requirements

• Strong background in product management, including experience leading teams.
• Proven success in defining and delivering large-scale digital product strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Deep understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methodologies.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• English: C1+ required
