What you will do

• Define, lead, and execute social-first strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Translate newsletters and website content into platform-native formats to drive engagement and traffic.
• Conceptualize, test, and iterate content formats to shape audience behavior and amplify brand presence.
• Leverage user-generated content and emerging trends to enhance campaigns and boost authenticity.
• Guide Production, Marketing, and Sales teams to align content with strategic goals.
• Monitor performance metrics, evaluate ROI, and optimize content based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on social media experience in travel, lifestyle, or digital content with strategic leadership.
• Passionate about travel and lifestyle content with exceptional storytelling instincts and trend awareness.
• Excellent communicator capable of influencing stakeholders and crafting compelling messaging.
• Highly organized and proactive, able to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Curious and forward-thinking, exploring new platforms and creative opportunities.
• Degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or related field.
