Location: Remote, based in Germany, with travel within Germany and occasionally to Amsterdam.

hirify.global is building an AI-driven B2B SaaS growth and commerce operating system for independent food & hospitality brands.

What you will do

  • Own new merchant acquisition and national scaling in Germany for restaurants, chefs, and F&B brands.
  • Run full-cycle sales: outreach, close, and onboarding to generate ARR.
  • Identify the fastest-converting ICPs and go-to-market motions.
  • Act as the local point of contact for early partners and strategic merchants, representing hirify.global at events.
  • Spot friction in onboarding, payments, and merchant experience to create and refine the German go-to-market playbook.
  • Act as the voice of the German market internally, ensuring local needs are reflected in product, pricing, and processes.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing scale-up environment.
  • Fluent in German and strong in English.
  • Comfortable selling before everything is perfect.
  • Open for travelling within DE, and occasionally to Amsterdam.
  • High energy, low ego, strong ownership mindset.
