What you will do
- Own new merchant acquisition and national scaling in Germany for restaurants, chefs, and F&B brands.
- Run full-cycle sales: outreach, close, and onboarding to generate ARR.
- Identify the fastest-converting ICPs and go-to-market motions.
- Act as the local point of contact for early partners and strategic merchants, representing hirify.global at events.
- Spot friction in onboarding, payments, and merchant experience to create and refine the German go-to-market playbook.
- Act as the voice of the German market internally, ensuring local needs are reflected in product, pricing, and processes.
Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles.
- Experience in a startup or fast-growing scale-up environment.
- Fluent in German and strong in English.
- Comfortable selling before everything is perfect.
- Open for travelling within DE, and occasionally to Amsterdam.
- High energy, low ego, strong ownership mindset.
